1. What we do not collect
No name, no email address, no postal address, no phone number, no date of birth, no identity documents, no payment card details. There is no sign-up, no account and no password, because the game has nothing to log in to.
2. What is public because of the blockchain
Robinhood Chain is a public ledger. Your wallet address, your balances and every transaction you make are visible to anyone, permanently, whether or not you ever visit this site. That is how public blockchains work. We neither created that record nor can we alter or erase it.
If you connect a wallet, the site reads its public address so it can show you your own creaturez. That address stays in your browser. We do not link it to any real-world identity, because we do not hold one.
3. What your browser tells third parties
Loading the site necessarily contacts a few services, each of which sees your IP address as part of ordinary internet traffic:
- Our hosting provider, which serves the pages and keeps short-lived technical logs.
- Blockchain RPC providers, which the site queries to read on-chain state.
- Storage gateways such as IPFS, which serve creature artwork.
- Your own wallet, which is software you chose and whose privacy policy is its own.
Each of these operates under its own terms. We do not control what they retain.
4. Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. If privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics are added later to count visits, this page will say so before they go live, and they will not profile individuals or follow you anywhere else.
5. We do not sell anything about you
We have no personal data to sell, rent or trade, and would not if we did. Nothing is shared with advertisers or data brokers.
6. Leaving the site
Links to marketplaces, explorers, social platforms and community channels take you to services we do not run. Once you are there, their policies apply, not this one.
7. Children
The Project is not intended for anyone under the age of majority where they live, and is not directed at children.
8. Your rights
Where laws such as the GDPR give you rights over personal data, they apply to data a controller actually holds. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete. On-chain records cannot be erased by anyone, including us — consider that before transacting.
9. Security
Your wallet and its keys are yours alone to protect. Nobody from the Project will ever ask for your seed phrase or private key, and any message that does is an attempt to rob you.
10. Changes
This policy may change. The current version is always the one on this page.
